sec.105 Greenfields incentive determination may lapse
A greenfields incentive determination lapses if the pipeline to which it applies is not commissioned within 3 years after the determination takes effect. The AER may, in a particular case, extend the 3 year period mentioned in subsection (1) . s 105 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 52 (sec.105-ssec.1) A greenfields incentive determination lapses if the pipeline to which it applies is not commissioned within 3 years after the determination takes effect. (sec.105-ssec.2) The AER may, in a particular case, extend the 3 year period mentioned in subsection (1) .
