sch.3-sec.85 Contractual provisions for dispute resolution
The relevant contractual provisions for dispute resolution apply, to the exclusion of provisions of this Law or the Rules for dispute resolution, in relation to any dispute to which the relevant contractual provisions are applicable. The relevant contractual provisions for dispute resolution continue to operate for as long as the transitional contracts in which they are contained continue in force. sch 3 s 85 ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 49 (sch.3-sec.85-ssec.1) The relevant contractual provisions for dispute resolution apply, to the exclusion of provisions of this Law or the Rules for dispute resolution, in relation to any dispute to which the relevant contractual provisions are applicable.
