sch.3-sec.82 Queensland Minister’s power to defer commencement of relevant legislative innovations
The Queensland Minister may, by notice published in the Queensland Government Gazette, defer the commencement in Queensland of specified parts or provisions of the relevant legislative innovations. The Queensland Minister may, by subsequent notice published in the Queensland Government Gazette, vary or revoke a notice under subclause (1). sch 3 s 82 ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 49 (sch.3-sec.82-ssec.1) The Queensland Minister may, by notice published in the Queensland Government Gazette, defer the commencement in Queensland of specified parts or provisions of the relevant legislative innovations. (sch.3-sec.82-ssec.2) The Queensland Minister may, by subsequent notice published in the Queensland Government Gazette, vary or revoke a notice under subclause (1).
