sch.3-sec.78 Establishment expenditure
AEMO may recover establishment expenditure as a component of the participant fees payable by users and non-scheme pipeline users. The establishment expenditure is to be recovered— over a period of 4 financial years from the relevant changeover date; and in accordance with a schedule prepared by AEMO and published on its website. AEMO is not required to consult on the schedule. sch 3 s 78 ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 49 (sch.3-sec.78-ssec.1) AEMO may recover establishment expenditure as a component of the participant fees payable by users and non-scheme pipeline users. (sch.3-sec.78-ssec.2) The establishment expenditure is to be recovered— over a period of 4 financial years from the relevant changeover date; and in accordance with a schedule prepared by AEMO and published on its website. (sch.3-sec.78-ssec.3) AEMO is not required to consult on the schedule.
