sch.3-sec.66 Rights under change of law provisions not to be triggered by amendments to this Law etc
An amendment to this Law, or the making of a Rule or Procedure, is not to be regarded as a change of law under an agreement or deed in effect on the relevant changeover date. Subclause (1) applies despite a provision in an agreement or deed to the contrary. sch 3 s 66 ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 49 (sch.3-sec.66-ssec.1) An amendment to this Law, or the making of a Rule or Procedure, is not to be regarded as a change of law under an agreement or deed in effect on the relevant changeover date.
