sch.3-sec.60 Registered participants
A person to whom this clause applies becomes a Registered participant on the relevant changeover date. This clause applies to— a person listed in the Regulations as a person to be automatically registered as a Registered participant; and a person of a class specified in the Regulations as a class of persons to be automatically registered as Registered participants. sch 3 s 60 ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 49 (sch.3-sec.60-ssec.1) A person to whom this clause applies becomes a Registered participant on the relevant changeover date. (sch.3-sec.60-ssec.2) This clause applies to— a person listed in the Regulations as a person to be automatically registered as a Registered participant; and a person of a class specified in the Regulations as a class of persons to be automatically registered as Registered participants.
- (a) a person listed in the Regulations as a person to be automatically registered as a Registered participant; and
- (b) a person of a class specified in the Regulations as a class of persons to be automatically registered as Registered participants.
