sch.3-sec.53 Old scheme classifications and scheme participant determinations
On the commencement day, every old scheme classification and scheme participant determination applying to an old scheme covered pipeline is deemed to be an initial classification decision (within the meaning of section 98(1)). In this clause— old scheme classification and scheme participant determination means— a classification and determination under section 10 (5)(a) of the old access law; or a determination under section 10 (5)(b) of the old access law; or a classification and determination under section 11 (3) of the old access law. (sch.3-sec.53-ssec.1) On the commencement day, every old scheme classification and scheme participant determination applying to an old scheme covered pipeline is deemed to be an initial classification decision (within the meaning of section 98(1)). (sch.3-sec.53-ssec.2) In this clause— old scheme classification and scheme participant determination means— a classification and determination under section 10 (5)(a) of the old access law; or a determination under section 10 (5)(b) of the old access law; or a classification and determination under section 11 (3) of the old access law.
