sch.3-sec.50 Decisions approving final approval requests

This section applies if before, or on, the commencement day a relevant Regulator has made or makes a decision under section 3.32 of the Gas Code that approves a Final Approval Request (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code). On the commencement day— the decision of the relevant Regulator is deemed to be a tender approval decision that has become irrevocable by operation of the Rules; and the pipeline to which the decision relates is deemed to be a covered pipeline. (sch.3-sec.50-ssec.1) This section applies if before, or on, the commencement day a relevant Regulator has made or makes a decision under section 3.32 of the Gas Code that approves a Final Approval Request (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code).
