sch.3-sec.48 Approved associate contracts
On the commencement day, an associate contract (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code)— in effect immediately before that day; and that has been approved by a relevant Regulator under section 7 of the Gas Code, is deemed to be an approved associate contract. On the commencement day, an associate contract (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code)— in effect immediately before that day; and that has been deemed to have been approved by operation of section 7 of the Gas Code, is deemed to be an approved associate contract. (sch.3-sec.48-ssec.1) On the commencement day, an associate contract (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code)— in effect immediately before that day; and that has been approved by a relevant Regulator under section 7 of the Gas Code, is deemed to be an approved associate contract. (sch.3-sec.48-ssec.2) On the commencement day, an associate contract (within the meaning of section 10.8 of the Gas Code)— in effect immediately before that day; and that has been deemed to have been approved by operation of section 7 of the Gas Code, is deemed to be an approved associate contract.
