sch.3-sec.41 Additional ring fencing obligations

After the relevant transition period, a notice given to a service provider under section 4.3 of the Gas Code and in effect immediately before the commencement day is deemed to be an additional ring fencing requirement (as defined in section 137). Subclause (1) does not apply to the extent to which a notice referred to in that subclause is inconsistent with this Law or the Rules.
