sch.3-sec.1A Words in particular provisions have meanings given by former section 2
Words defined under former section 2 and used in Parts 2 to 18 of this Schedule have, unless the context otherwise requires, the same meanings as they had under former section 2 . In this section— former section 2 means section 2 of the Law as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 19 . sch 3 s 1A ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (1) (sch.3-sec.1A-ssec.1) Words defined under former section 2 and used in Parts 2 to 18 of this Schedule have, unless the context otherwise requires, the same meanings as they had under former section 2 . (sch.3-sec.1A-ssec.2) In this section— former section 2 means section 2 of the Law as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 19 .
