sch.3-sec.142 Greenfields incentive determinations
Despite section 100(2)(a) an application for a greenfields incentive determination may be made after a pipeline is commissioned if— the pipeline was commissioned during the transition period; and the application is made within 90 days after the commencement day. This clause does not apply to a pipeline for natural gas. sch 3 s 142 ins 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 66 (sch.3-sec.142-ssec.1) Despite section 100(2)(a) an application for a greenfields incentive determination may be made after a pipeline is commissioned if— the pipeline was commissioned during the transition period; and the application is made within 90 days after the commencement day. (sch.3-sec.142-ssec.2) This clause does not apply to a pipeline for natural gas.
- (a) the pipeline was commissioned during the transition period; and
- (b) the application is made within 90 days after the commencement day.
