sch.3-sec.126 Service provider for non-scheme pipeline not required to comply with section 131
This clause applies in relation to a service provider for a pipeline that— was in operation before the commencement day; and on the commencement day, is a non-scheme pipeline. The service provider is not required to comply with section 131. sch 3 s 126 ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (2) (sch.3-sec.126-ssec.1) This clause applies in relation to a service provider for a pipeline that— was in operation before the commencement day; and on the commencement day, is a non-scheme pipeline. (sch.3-sec.126-ssec.2) The service provider is not required to comply with section 131.
- (a) was in operation before the commencement day; and
- (b) on the commencement day, is a non-scheme pipeline.
