sch.3-sec.122 Making of recommendations for price regulation exemptions
This clause applies if the NCC— has received under section 160 of the pre-amended Law an application for a price regulation exemption for a pipeline the subject of the application; and immediately before the commencement day, has not made a recommendation under section 162 of the pre-amended Law. On the commencement day— the requirement to make the recommendation stops having effect; and the NCC must not make the recommendation. sch 3 s 122 ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (2) (sch.3-sec.122-ssec.1) This clause applies if the NCC— has received under section 160 of the pre-amended Law an application for a price regulation exemption for a pipeline the subject of the application; and immediately before the commencement day, has not made a recommendation under section 162 of the pre-amended Law. (sch.3-sec.122-ssec.2) On the commencement day— the requirement to make the recommendation stops having effect; and the NCC must not make the recommendation.
