On the commencement day, a 15-year no-coverage determination that was in force immediately before the commencement day is deemed to be a greenfields incentive determination. The determination continues in operation for a period of 15 years from the commissioning of the pipeline. sch 3 s 118 ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (2) (sch.3-sec.118-ssec.1) On the commencement day, a 15-year no-coverage determination that was in force immediately before the commencement day is deemed to be a greenfields incentive determination. (sch.3-sec.118-ssec.2) The determination continues in operation for a period of 15 years from the commissioning of the pipeline.
