sch.3-sec.117 Submission of limited access arrangement
This clause applies if, before the commencement day— a service provider has submitted a limited access arrangement to the AER for approval; and the AER has not approved the limited access arrangement. On the commencement day, the submission lapses. sch 3 s 117 ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (2) (sch.3-sec.117-ssec.1) This clause applies if, before the commencement day— a service provider has submitted a limited access arrangement to the AER for approval; and the AER has not approved the limited access arrangement. (sch.3-sec.117-ssec.2) On the commencement day, the submission lapses.
- (a) a service provider has submitted a limited access arrangement to the AER for approval; and
- (b) the AER has not approved the limited access arrangement.
