sch.3-sec.113 Pending applications under Chapter 3 of pre-amended Law

This clause applies despite clause 43(1)(b) and (c) of Schedule 2 to this Law. On the commencement day, any application under Chapter 3 of the pre-amended Law in respect of which a decision has not been made under that Chapter immediately before that day lapses. sch 3 s 113 ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 90 (2) (sch.3-sec.113-ssec.1) This clause applies despite clause 43(1)(b) and (c) of Schedule 2 to this Law.
