sch.2-sec.41 Time of Law, the Regulations or Rules ceasing to have effect
If a provision of this Law, the Regulations or the Rules is expressed— to expire on a specified day; or to remain or continue in force, or otherwise have effect, until a specified day, the provision has effect until the last moment of the specified day.
- (a) to expire on a specified day; or
- (b) to remain or continue in force, or otherwise have effect, until a specified day,
