sec.65 Subsequent 5 yearly reviews
As soon as possible after the end of every 5 year period following the review under section 64 , the Council must cause a further review of the matters mentioned in section 64 (1) to be undertaken. The Minister must table a report of each further review in the Legislative Assembly within 1 year after the end of the period to which it relates. s 65 ins 2003 No. 96 s 15 (sec.65-ssec.1) As soon as possible after the end of every 5 year period following the review under section 64 , the Council must cause a further review of the matters mentioned in section 64 (1) to be undertaken.
