sec.59 Special provisions relating to reports etc. prepared under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth)
A report prepared by the Service Corporation under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth) , section 9 , must also contain such other information as is required by the Council to be included in the report. A copy of each report and of each set of financial statements given to the responsible Minister under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth) , section 9 , must also be given to each of the other members of the Council as soon as practicable after the end of the financial year to which they relate. s 59 amd 2003 No. 96 s 13 (sec.59-ssec.1) A report prepared by the Service Corporation under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth) , section 9 , must also contain such other information as is required by the Council to be included in the report.
