sec.49 Public Service staff of Service Corporation
Subject to this Division, staff of the Service Corporation are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth) . For the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth) — the NEPC Executive Officer and the APS employees assisting the NEPC Executive Officer together constitute a Statutory Agency; and the NEPC Executive Officer is the Head of the Statutory Agency. s 49 amd 2003 No. 96 s 10 (sec.49-ssec.1) Subject to this Division, staff of the Service Corporation are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth) . (sec.49-ssec.2) For the Public Service Act 1999 (Cwlth) — the NEPC Executive Officer and the APS employees assisting the NEPC Executive Officer together constitute a Statutory Agency; and the NEPC Executive Officer is the Head of the Statutory Agency.
