sec.39 NEPC Executive Officer
There is to be a NEPC Executive Officer. The NEPC Executive Officer is to be appointed by the Council. The NEPC Executive Officer is to be appointed for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re-appointment.
