Part 14—Transitional provision related to AER wholesale market reporting functions 27—Transitional provision related to AER wholesale market reporting functions (1) Despite section 18C(3)— (a) the first report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 2 years after the relevant day; and (b) the second report prepared under section 18C(2)(a) must relate to the period of 4 years after the relevant day. relevant day means the day on which this clause comes into operation.
