Regulatory economic methodologies 26I The regulatory economic methodologies (including the use of the methodology known as the "building block approach") to be applied by the AER in— (a) making a distribution determination or transmission determination; or (b) amending a distribution determination or transmission determination; or (c) making an access determination.
