sec.96AA Publication of final Rule determination for trial Rule
If the AEMC considers that a request for a Rule is a request for a trial Rule, the AEMC may make the relevant Rule in accordance with this Division (except sections 98 to 101 ) and as if the period of time within which the final Rule determination in respect of the relevant Rule must be published were 10 weeks from the date of publication of the notice under section 95 . Sections 96 and 96A do not apply to a request for a trial Rule. s 96AA ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 14 (sec.96AA-ssec.1) If the AEMC considers that a request for a Rule is a request for a trial Rule, the AEMC may make the relevant Rule in accordance with this Division (except sections 98 to 101 ) and as if the period of time within which the final Rule determination in respect of the relevant Rule must be published were 10 weeks from the date of publication of the notice under section 95 .
