sec.55C Investment
AEMO may invest money standing to the credit of a Rule fund. AEMO must, in exercising the power of investment, exercise the care, diligence and skill that a prudent person would exercise in managing the affairs of others. s 55C ins 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 17 (sec.55C-ssec.1) AEMO may invest money standing to the credit of a Rule fund.
