sec.55A AEMO’s Rule funds
Subject to the Rules, AEMO is responsible for the administration of each Rule fund. AEMO must, if required to do so by the Rules, establish and maintain a new Rule fund in accordance with the Rules. Nothing in this Law or the Rules constitutes AEMO, or a director of AEMO, as a trustee of a Rule fund. s 55A ins 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 17 (sec.55A-ssec.1) Subject to the Rules, AEMO is responsible for the administration of each Rule fund. (sec.55A-ssec.2) AEMO must, if required to do so by the Rules, establish and maintain a new Rule fund in accordance with the Rules. (sec.55A-ssec.3) Nothing in this Law or the Rules constitutes AEMO, or a director of AEMO, as a trustee of a Rule fund.
