sec.50A AEMO to account to relevant Minister for performance of adoptive functions
AEMO must, at the written request of the Minister of an adoptive jurisdiction, provide information about the performance of its adoptive functions with respect to that jurisdiction. Protected information provided in response to a request under subsection (1) must be identified as such by AEMO at the time of providing the information. No fee is to be charged for the provision of information under this section. s 50A ins 2009 No. 31 (SA) s 17 (sec.50A-ssec.1) AEMO must, at the written request of the Minister of an adoptive jurisdiction, provide information about the performance of its adoptive functions with respect to that jurisdiction. (sec.50A-ssec.2) Protected information provided in response to a request under subsection (1) must be identified as such by AEMO at the time of providing the information. (sec.50A-ssec.3) No fee is to be charged for the provision of information under this section.
