sec.36 AEMC must not make Rules that create criminal offences or impose civil penalties for breaches
The AEMC must not make a Rule that— creates an offence for a breach of a provision of the Rules; or provides for a criminal penalty or civil penalty for a breach of a provision of the Rules. s 36 sub 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 29
- (a) creates an offence for a breach of a provision of the Rules; or
- (b) provides for a criminal penalty or civil penalty for a breach of a provision of the Rules.
