sec.28Y Disclosure for purposes of court and tribunal proceedings and to accord natural justice
The AER is authorised to disclose information given to it in confidence— for the purposes of civil or criminal proceedings; or for the purposes of a proceeding before the Tribunal or a tribunal established by or under a law of this jurisdiction or another participating jurisdiction; or for the purposes of according natural justice to a person affected by a decision (however described) of the AER under this Law or the Rules. s 28Y ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25
- (a) for the purposes of civil or criminal proceedings; or
- (b) for the purposes of a proceeding before the Tribunal or a tribunal established by or under a law of this jurisdiction or another participating jurisdiction; or
- (c) for the purposes of according natural justice to a person affected by a decision (however described) of the AER under this Law or the Rules.
