A person must not refuse to comply with a regulatory information instrument on the ground of any duty of confidence. A person incurs, by complying with a regulatory information instrument, no liability for breach of contract, breach of confidence or any other civil wrong. s 28S ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25 (sec.28S-ssec.1) A person must not refuse to comply with a regulatory information instrument on the ground of any duty of confidence.
