sec.28P Exemptions from compliance with general regulatory information order
The AER may exempt a person, or a class of person, from complying with section 28O — unconditionally or on specified conditions; or wholly or to the extent as is specified in the exemption. An exemption under this section must be in writing. s 28P ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25 (sec.28P-ssec.1) The AER may exempt a person, or a class of person, from complying with section 28O — unconditionally or on specified conditions; or wholly or to the extent as is specified in the exemption. (sec.28P-ssec.2) An exemption under this section must be in writing.
- (a) unconditionally or on specified conditions; or
- (b) wholly or to the extent as is specified in the exemption.
