sec.28O Compliance with general regulatory information order
On publication of a general regulatory information order in accordance with section 28I (1) , a person who is a member of the class of person to which a general regulatory information order applies must comply with the order. Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has been given an exemption under section 28P . This section is a civil penalty provision. s 28O ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25 amd 2011 No. 7 (SA) s 17 (sec.28O-ssec.1) On publication of a general regulatory information order in accordance with section 28I (1) , a person who is a member of the class of person to which a general regulatory information order applies must comply with the order. (sec.28O-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has been given an exemption under section 28P . This section is a civil penalty provision.
