sec.28N Compliance with regulatory information notice that is served
On being served a regulatory information notice, a person named in the notice must comply with the notice. This section is a civil penalty provision. s 28N ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25 amd 2011 No. 7 (SA) s 16
