sec.28H AER must consult before publishing a general regulatory information order
The AER must, in accordance with the Rules, consult with the public in relation to the general regulatory information order it proposes to make before it makes that order. See also section 28ZC about what the AER must and may do after receiving submissions. s 28H ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25
