sec.28D Meaning of regulatory information notice
A regulatory information notice is a notice prepared and served by the AER in accordance with this Division that requires the regulated network service provider, or a related provider, named in the notice to do either or both of the following: provide to the AER the information specified in the notice; prepare, maintain or keep information specified in the notice in a manner and form specified in the notice. s 28D ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 25
- (a) provide to the AER the information specified in the notice;
- (b) prepare, maintain or keep information specified in the notice in a manner and form specified in the notice.
