sec.23 Announcement before entry
An authorised person executing a warrant need not comply with section 22 if he or she believes on reasonable grounds that immediate entry to premises is required to ensure— the safety of any person; or that the effective execution of the search warrant is not frustrated. s 23 sub 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 20
- (a) the safety of any person; or
- (b) that the effective execution of the search warrant is not frustrated.
