sec.20 Authorised person
The AER may, in writing, authorise a person that the AER considers is suitably qualified or trained to be an authorised person for the purposes of this Division. An authorised person must comply with any direction of the AER in exercising powers or functions as an authorised person. s 20 sub 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 18 (sec.20-ssec.1) The AER may, in writing, authorise a person that the AER considers is suitably qualified or trained to be an authorised person for the purposes of this Division. (sec.20-ssec.2) An authorised person must comply with any direction of the AER in exercising powers or functions as an authorised person.
