sec.18ZN Consultation on trial waiver
Before granting a trial waiver, the AER must— comply with any requirements specified by the Rules; and undertake consultation (including with the proponent) in accordance with the Rules. s 18ZN ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 7
- (a) comply with any requirements specified by the Rules; and
- (b) undertake consultation (including with the proponent) in accordance with the Rules.
