sec.18ZM Conditions of trial waiver
A trial waiver must be in writing and— must be subject to any conditions required by the Rules; and may be subject to any conditions the AER considers appropriate. The AER may vary or revoke a condition of a trial waiver in accordance with the Rules. s 18ZM ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 7 (sec.18ZM-ssec.1) A trial waiver must be in writing and— must be subject to any conditions required by the Rules; and may be subject to any conditions the AER considers appropriate. (sec.18ZM-ssec.2) The AER may vary or revoke a condition of a trial waiver in accordance with the Rules.
