sec.18ZI Reliability Compliance Procedures and Guidelines

The AER must make procedures and guidelines (the Reliability Compliance Procedures and Guidelines ) in accordance with the consultation procedure provided for under the Rules. Without limitation, the Reliability Compliance Procedures and Guidelines may provide guidance for regulated entities about the following: compliance with the obligations under the Retailer Reliability Obligation, including, for example— the reliability obligations; and establishing policies, systems and procedures to monitor its compliance under section 18ZB ; and the information and data about compliance required to be given to the AER under section 18ZD ; the carrying out of compliance audits, including the costs payable by regulated entities; any additional matters that the AER intends to include in its compliance reports. s 18ZI ins 2019 No. 10 (SA) s 9 (sec.18ZI-ssec.1) The AER must make procedures and guidelines (the Reliability Compliance Procedures and Guidelines ) in accordance with the consultation procedure provided for under the Rules.
