sec.18ZH Use of information
The AER may use any information or data given by a regulated entity under section 18ZD or 18ZF , or obtained under section 18ZE , for the purposes of any of the functions and powers of the AER under section 15 of this Law. Otherwise, the AER is subject to Division 6 of this Part and section 44AAF of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 of the Commonwealth in respect of the disclosure of confidential information it receives. s 18ZH ins 2019 No. 10 (SA) s 9
