sec.18ZA Obligation of AER to monitor compliance
The AER must monitor compliance of regulated entities with the Retailer Reliability Obligation. Each of the following persons is a regulated entity for the purposes of this Division: a liable entity; another person prescribed by the Rules. s 18ZA ins 2019 No. 10 (SA) s 9 (sec.18ZA-ssec.1) The AER must monitor compliance of regulated entities with the Retailer Reliability Obligation. (sec.18ZA-ssec.2) Each of the following persons is a regulated entity for the purposes of this Division: a liable entity; another person prescribed by the Rules.
- (a) a liable entity;
- (b) another person prescribed by the Rules.
