sec.14S Obligation to maintain net contract position
The Rules may require a liable entity to maintain its net contract position for the stated trading intervals in the reliability gap period during the period that— starts on the contract position day; and ends when the reliability gap period ends. s 14S ins 2019 No. 10 (SA) s 7
- (a) starts on the contract position day; and
- (b) ends when the reliability gap period ends.
