sec.14J AEMO may correct request for reliability instrument
This section applies if a request under section 14I contains— a material miscalculation of figures; or a material mistake in the description of a person, period, thing or matter referred to in the request; or a defect in form. AEMO may correct the request by giving a written notice about the correction, and a correct request, to the AER. s 14J ins 2019 No. 10 (SA) s 7 (sec.14J-ssec.1) This section applies if a request under section 14I contains— a material miscalculation of figures; or a material mistake in the description of a person, period, thing or matter referred to in the request; or a defect in form. (sec.14J-ssec.2) AEMO may correct the request by giving a written notice about the correction, and a correct request, to the AER.
- (a) a material miscalculation of figures; or
- (b) a material mistake in the description of a person, period, thing or matter referred to in the request; or
- (c) a defect in form.
