sec.148 Outstanding costs are a debt due to party awarded the costs
Costs that are payable under an order under section 147 (4) or (7) — are a debt due to the party to whom the AER has ordered that they be paid; and may be recovered by that party in a court of competent jurisdiction. s 148 ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 75
- (a) are a debt due to the party to whom the AER has ordered that they be paid; and
- (b) may be recovered by that party in a court of competent jurisdiction.
