sec.142 Power to take evidence on oath or affirmation
The AER may take evidence on oath or affirmation and for that purpose the AER may administer an oath or affirmation. The AER may summon a person to appear before the AER to— give evidence; or produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons; or give evidence and produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons. The powers in this section may be exercised only for the purposes of hearing and determining an access dispute. s 142 ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 75 (sec.142-ssec.1) The AER may take evidence on oath or affirmation and for that purpose the AER may administer an oath or affirmation. (sec.142-ssec.2) The AER may summon a person to appear before the AER to— give evidence; or produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons; or give evidence and produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons. (sec.142-ssec.3) The powers in this section may be exercised only for the purposes of hearing and determining an access dispute.
