sec.137 Hearing to be in private
Subject to subsection (2) , a dispute hearing is to be in private. If the parties agree, a dispute hearing or part of a dispute hearing may be conducted in public. The AER may give written directions as to the persons who may be present at a dispute hearing that is conducted in private. In giving directions under subsection (3) , the AER must have regard to the wishes of the parties and the need for commercial confidentiality. s 137 ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 75 (sec.137-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , a dispute hearing is to be in private.
