sec.132 AER must terminate access dispute if there is genuine competition
Despite anything to the contrary in this Part, the AER must terminate an access dispute (without making an access determination) if the AER considers that the electricity network service the subject of the dispute could be provided on a genuinely competitive basis by a person other than the network service provider or an associate of the provider. s 132 ins 2007 No. 53 (SA) s 75
