sec.118AS Establishment and functions of financial vehicle
The Minister must, within a reasonable time after a regulation is made under section 118AB , establish the financial vehicle in the way prescribed by the regulation. The financial vehicle has the following functions: functions set out in this Division; functions prescribed by the Rules. The financial vehicle must act in a commercially reasonable and prudent way. s 118AS ins 2024 No. 62 (SA) s 6 (sec.118AS-ssec.1) The Minister must, within a reasonable time after a regulation is made under section 118AB , establish the financial vehicle in the way prescribed by the regulation. (sec.118AS-ssec.2) The financial vehicle has the following functions: functions set out in this Division; functions prescribed by the Rules. (sec.118AS-ssec.3) The financial vehicle must act in a commercially reasonable and prudent way.
